Stay up past your bedtime with Newmindspace in our sprawling, cozy fortresses made of blankets and pillows. Explore the labyrinthine complex of themed, soft forts installed inside a 2000 square-foot private loft in Brooklyn. Enjoy midnight snacks from the kitchen fort, smoothies, hot cocoa and other delicious beverages. This is meant to be an intimate, wondrous evening among friends and friends of friends, as well as a fundraiser for our free, outdoor public events in 2010.

The fort will be open on Saturday, February 27th 2010 from 11:30 PM until 6 AM. The location will be e-mailed to everybody who purchases advance tickets. The price for this very special evening is a $15 donation to Newmindspace.

Just be quick with it. The entire project only supports 200 people tops and newmindspace projects usually attract thousands. I guarantee that all tickets will be gone in less than 24 hours.

Edit: I will consider reserving more tickets in the morning if people show interest but are unable to pay at the moment for some reason. These will go full price though, sorry. Once again, let me know.

I believe the event is meant to be "innocent" fun (i.e. no booze or pot) and it's inside, so I assume no smoking. Outside the building, however, anything goes. I'm sure they wouldn't appreciate us coming in stoned or drunk out of our minds, but I have a feeling we'll get kicked out no matter what we do.

OK. Wish I saw this thread Earlier. I actually run Chaos-Brigade.com and I'm working with Kevin and Jono on the setup of Forts. I'll be there all night. If you want to go and you don't allready have a ticket, And tickets are sold out on the site, send me an e-mail, and I'll see what I can do about making room for you. This ISN'T a guaranteed in, since we are technically limited by the law on how many people we have in the loft, but as long as the loft isn't packed, I'll let you right up.

Also, Just an FYI. For who ever pre-ordered the tickets. Make absofuckinglutely sure you meet up with everyone FIRST before going into the fort. DON'T give out the tickets before hand. We are only letting people in if they are with the person who purchased the tickets. (We go by Paypal Name and matching ID). We can't guarantee that you'll be let back in once you leave if the fort is packed.

For anyone who wants to buy a ticket, and hasn't yet (Please do, as this loft is fucking expensive to rent), You still have time. We have a fair amount of tickets left.

And as far as Drinking and Smoking... Drinking is fine. Do that anywhere, get as drunk as you want. Smoking is limited to Outside, or the roof, or the stairs. You can smoke *whatever you want*.
